Payment or report issues
If you paid for a report and it didn't unlock, or something looks wrong in a report, include the Report ID (printed at the bottom of the report) or the email receipt from Stripe, and it will be sorted out.

Suggestions, corrections and questions about how the tool works are genuinely welcome — the methodology is documented on the about page and improvements usually come from user reports.
